Who we are
LambdaQ Labs (“we”, “us”) operates the Vikasit AI platform — Vikasit Code, Vikasit Inference, Vikasit Sarkar, and our model family. We are based in Pune, India.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, organisation), usage and billing data, and the content you send to our APIs and apps to provide the service. For government deployments, data handling is governed by the specific engagement agreement.
Data residency
Data for Vikasit Sarkar and enterprise deployments is resident in India. We do not sell your data.
Training on your data
We do not use your private API or enterprise content to train or fine-tune models without explicit opt-in. Government and enterprise data is never used for training by default.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, subject to applicable law including the DPDP Act. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we work continuously to protect your data.
