Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys, and for keeping credentials secure. You must be authorised to accept these terms on behalf of any organisation you represent.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with our Usage Policy. We may suspend access for abuse, security risks, or non-payment.
Plans and billing
Paid plans (Vikasit Code subscriptions and pay-as-you-go usage) are billed as described on our Pricing page. Free tiers are subject to fair-use limits that may change.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to your content. Open-source models are governed by their published licenses. Our trademarks and proprietary models remain ours.
